LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN RECEPTOR-RELATED PROTEIN-2

LDL-RECEPTOR RELATED PROTEIN-ASSOCIATED PROTEIN
. The name of this complex is derived from researcher, Dr. Walter Heymann, who developed an experimental model of membranous
glomerulonephritis
(
GLOMERULONEPHRITIS
) by injecting this antigenic complex into rats to induce an
autoimmune response.
